2009 Baltimore 10-Miler

I am in training for the 2009 Baltimore 10-Miler.

I have completed a practice run of 10 miles, averaging 11.5 minutes per mile.

Unfortunately, the effort over the past month has saturated my cell phone camera and the power on button is short circuiting and killing the battery. I might not be able to capture all ten miles of the race for a new blog entry.

Again, I am dedicating my race effort to RAGS,

praying that JESUS would completely heal him.
